Head to the North Berkeley Senior Center for an evening of live music, food, resources for mental wellness, yoga, and raffle prizes in celebration of Mental Health month.
Join us for an evening of fun and games, music, community sharing, resources, and proactive steps towards mental health wellness.
During the event, individuals will have opportunities to learn about strategies you can do on your own to increase mental health wellness. There will also be opportunities to participate in raffle drawings for prizes.
This free event showcases mental health resources that are available to the Berkeley community.
In addition to the other activities, live music will be played by the Berkeley High Quintet, during the event.
The City of Berkeley invites you to celebrate on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, to raise awareness about mental health conditions and advocate for mental wellness. This year's theme, "Be Kind to Your Mind," emphasizes the vision that "Each Mind Matters."
We welcome all to join this free community event, available both in-person and via Zoom/Call-In. Let's unite to show our support for mental health.
